You're wrong, the hemp bill will allow them to use the whole hemp plant, leaves and buds, and use strains like Charlotte's Web in which they can extract significantly more CBD per plant than what they could from imported seeds and stems. It would drastically cut costs and increase CBD yields per plant. Yes, there would be increased competition, but that is ok. Plenty of room in the market for everyone.
