Weekly High

I don't quite understand how the weekly high is calculated on the Excel spreadsheet. Both Stockcharts.com and Prophet.net indicate that the weekly high for this past week was 42.21, not 42.30 as the spreadsheet suggests. I've tried to anticipate the values on the spreadsheet to get more time to study the alert levels, and prepare for trading the next day, but am stumped on how this one, along with the Fib levels, are calculated. I've gotten most of the others, but not these.
