I did well in the 1990's, but it was easy then.
I was pretty confident even last year because the cycles were short.
This rally has me really stumped.
I really thought we would go sideways for awhile.
Seems like we should get some profit taking, but now people are willing to buy anything. That might have been understandable in the 90's, but now there is no logic in it at all, imo.
Trading on news? What would you reccomend for a news source? News like FRE worked Monday , but it really was worse today and the market went up again.

As far as gambling, I would be better off if I used gambling techniques and assumed picking market direction is like flipping a coin.

I do trade for a living, but make just enough to keep going another month at a time.
