The city of Harrisburg, PA is as close to bankrupt as it is possible to be, given that they refuse to recognize that they are. Wasting money on defending their stupid law should be grounds for impeachment of the city officials doing so. Their thinking seems to be, "Don't confuse me with facts since my mind is made up." They have this stupid law on the books, so obviously there is less violence on city streets, right? No way, Jose'. We have started a new murder count already for the city. City officials refuse to address the real problems they have, preferrring instead to focus on a law that will not be obeyed by the criminals who commit the crimes.
