You are right. rsi of 30 and below is oversold.
This is the worst that I have ever seen. ecig has been oversold since November 4, 2014... the pps closed @ $3.00 that day.

I tried to help apostle by showing him the difference between the pps since December 31, 2014 to Jan 9,2015 pps with same rsi of 21 on both days.

ecig lost about 90% of its value in those past 8 trading days.
He does not get it.
