Ask yourself . Why do they need a range from 10 to 1 - 100 to 1 ? What are they planing ?

To me it looks like they are trying to reach a specific pps.

Then ask yourself . why do they need to reach this specific pps??

I think it obvious.

If the pps at the time of the R/S is .50 we will see a 10 to 1 . If it's at .05 we will see 100 to 1 .
