Best I can figure after a quick perusal, is that they are reacting to finding out that Nadir Dagli, who works at UCSB labs and has done some work for them, is also integral in SLTD's cell development. That part is very true. They are seeing the overlap to mean some joining of the companies HYSR and SLTD. There is a lot I don't know about HYSR, but it doesn't ring true to me. Mr. Dagli is allowed overtime moonlighting in my book!
