Then it should be coming out any day now. Money just has to be transferred into a Hannover House account and then we are set to go, right?
I can wait a few more days.

I spoke with a fellow HH investor late Friday afternoon just before the weekend started who I've known for 4 years now. (The stories we reminisce over about HH during those 4 years!) He is a bit excited too about the anticipated filing. I asked how he plans to handle his investment this year. I specifically asked what he'll do if March 30 comes with no Form 10 or audit filing. He said that if a whole quarter passes with no filing, then its over for him.

I didn't remind him of this, but we've already had a quarter pass without the promised audit. It was promised for end of October, I believe, and, well, here we are.

Like explained. Filing without a credit line, would be possible. But they would have to address this in the form10. Filing with CL, will remove this. We are getting it no matter what, just waiting for the CL
