Ive worked a shutdown at Mead Paper Company in Chillicothe Ohio years ago and it took 12 weeks working 12hour shifts 7 days a week to install the new paper machine. That machine is housed in s building close to 3 city blocks long.
The point I'm making is that on industrial machines they are not like a refrigerator just wheel it in and plug it in and leave it. I've never worked in any pharmacutical manufacturing facility but I'm guessing it takes a while to assemble and install the equipment used much less the amount of time to dial in the correct formulation which I'm sure Is more involved than making paper

Nope takes a while to install and calibrate pharma equipment.
I wonder why they are doing this, maybe a plot by NH the to fool the shareholders and increase share price so he can continue to sell, oh thats right he has not sold any, oh, he just bought some shares. THat tricky guy.
