T/A has the current, possibly as of Wednesday numbers, 213 million so if the insiders are holding 41 million shares and peeps here hold at least another 10 million that's 264 MILLION shares that does not leave many yo be converted. We will know as early as Monday thru a 8K by the amount needed in the R/S 1-10 or 1-100 as to the need to get the noteholders whole.

Fair enough, there's also another reason that I'm pessimistic, short term, and that is that you can only negotiate effectively from a position of strength and the note holders seem to hold all the cards currently. Mangement have shown what they're holding already and the only thing other than what they've shown is B/K (which I think is a non starter) So BOD have shown everything to the note holders and now the note holders are forming a strategy to maximise profits without folding the company. So until they play their last card and everyone can see what their end game was, they run the show. JMO
