I don't agree with the 120 number...that was the whole point of doing the 1 for 20 reverse split, to reduce that number. I can't seem to find the site where I saw 32 mill and change...but I do remember the filing rule of having 10% ownership and I do believe the number was 3.2 million shares.
Yahoo finance is never actual when it comes to otcbb / pennies.
