Generic ? They flat out tell CFO to cease using disclosures which clearly were not supported sufficiently as many people on this board stated long time ago. The silly attempt at promotion and disclosure killed this company's ability to attract any serious capital long ago.
Either CFO simply wanted to make money off market- buyers who believed his projections. Or through sheer ignorance he had no idea of public markets. Maybe a combination.
Amazing excuses made for this CFO for years while company died.
