Strong work. Keep digging and hopefully you will find a connection to Lee or AMMX. I would like nothing more than to put all this behind us. Cheers!

[There is a reason AMMX has not told us about this. It might be they don't know about it, but I highly doubt that. It might mean their place at the table is not fully secured yet or ...../quote]

The reason is very simple; any update without $$$$ ( received payment) is totally waste time and money.

Thanks for the great DD

I applaud you for your efforts and finds and for telling us how you found this information so that we can independently perform such searches in the future. I may be able to accept the reasons why AMMX was not named explicitly in the article as no other companies were named either, this might be for policy reasons or some ethical reasons I do not know. I do know it is unethical for a salesman of a product to ask a customer what the competition is asking for the same or similar product, perhaps it falls into a similar category for the same reasons. However, I am concerned that AMMX has missed a great opportunity to cite these articles. I am starting to agree with some of you that perhaps AMMX is not being best served in the IR department, especially if they are totally unaware of these articles and we have been crying out and begging for any kind of third party or independent proof that the deal is for real. Please do not get me wrong, I am and have been a believer, but the best policy is to "trust but verify", this article would have at least shown that a huge amount of money was being allocated to update Nigers transportation capabilities. Am I wrong here?

Congratulations again garronsc, I would like to nominate you for the new Investor Relations person for AMMX. You've managed to bring life back to the board and renew interest for many of us whom have been losing faith in the chances of this deal. I commend you for the effort and ingenuity. I feel more secure the deal is legit now for sure, its refreshing to see an article other than one released by AMMX to substantiate the claims of the deal and even cite the exact amount of tractor/trailers as we've been told. I don't care if AMMX was mentioned, in fact I'd be surprised if they were. I was pleased after reading the separate articles. I am surprised as I said that the current IR contact couldn't offer that article(s) to us or even provide mention of the ceremony etc. Its like using the pony express after the railroad comes to town. Still, I think some of us can rest slightly easier knowing others are involved and the prospect of the deal is true. Of course if they did mention the company be name that would spur a lot of interest and I'll bet the share price would creep back up then. Its a shame we can't get some recognition. 470 million dollars floating around, its not unbelievable to assume some of that could go to AMMX. Thanks again, great job. I'm sure Marty is happy you probably just saved her a lot of work. Keep it up and post links to all and any others you come across. I would like to suggest one of the moderators create a note with the recent information and links to those newly discovered articles so we can all access them and locate them easily, then update that post with all and any new ones to follow. I pray we retrace north a bit come Monday, esp. if AMMX would release something on this as well.
