you got that right, even if there is an R/S and or an Increase in the A/S or both the same will continue until conversions stop

Nice post. I posted this on some other thread. But thought would make sense here.

Would a reverse split limits the number of shares that note holder gets and there by limit the short games ?

Just thinking if they do a 1/100 split at @.05 that would be 5.00 per share so if note holder has $10 million due, due to increase in price of share they would get only 2 million shares instead of 200 million shares.

Now one could argue shorts again bring 5.00 per share to .05 cents again, then in that case MCAP would have to down from around 10 mil to 100 thousand which I think is not likely.

They pro side of this is there is a high chance that note holder would get only 2 million shares because of VWAP clause.

Am I wrong here in my assumptions here ? thoughts?

You are right on this:

{This game ends very quickly if they lose control of the price in either direction and that is why they keep it tightly in a channel. Not too low, not too high. }

I think if the price goes to .01c then what if it welcome big tabacco to buy ecig shares at open market then their
Plan will be diminished.

We need to figure out what the channel or patterns are that's going to keep it in a tightly channel?

Also the $ value of the trades equates to ~ 2$million daily,
If the price is .01c and at 200m outstanding shares, the market cap would
Be 2$m. If .01c and dollar value of entire days trade is 2$m. That means
we would have Number of trades same as Outstanding shares. So .01c is unlikely.
