Well, perhaps neither question is wrong.
Maybe a chicken or egg thingy, but I agree with you and I have what may be an erroneous sentiment about that. I suspect that there will be buyers, if for no other reason than that they live in a dream world fixated on somehow drawing some value at of their current heavily burdened bags or maybe just some gamblers in the mix. The reason I don't wonder why they are buying is because I don't see any reasonable prospects of HLNT being anything more than what we see, a long orchestrated con. IMO of course.
Now, could there have been real merit behind this business platform earlier on? Perhaps! But I think that the truth of it has been known far longer than the proponents would have admitted. Of course. And were some or any of those fine folks also duped? Odds say that it is a possibility. But we may never lose sight of the games people play.
So today we see how these many penny stocks have gone their way and it is ugly for those of us whom have had hope in a system of investment and possible business platform success. It's pretty much turned to BS. And the beat goes on, but we watch because we loved the sport when it was sporting.
