Very good questions and opinions.

In my opinion, a good portion of the duties of a CEO of a public company is to increase share holder value. It is why most companies have Investor Relations Departments, as the CEO concentrates on the Business portion of adding value.

Many here like Marty, because, most often, she is responsive to emails. Communicating with existing share holders is like "singing to the choir". In my opinion, again, she has done a very poor job of marketing the company to prospective investors.
I know, many here would say that she is limited by budget. But, there are innovative ways to market the company without spending a whole lot of money. WebSite, FaceBook,Yahoo, Twitter, Local News Items in the Chico Press (if they have one), that could possibly be picked up by other news sources, etc. Instead, posters on IHUB are left to dig for pertinent business news about the company. I see very little effort by Marty to try and find any innovative ways to overcome budget constraints. Really, I wonder what she does all day.

And we wonder WHY AMMX is not getting the attention it should? And why the SP suffers on that account? Just one of the drawbacks of owning this stock, I guess.

Why would this not be publicized by ammx? If this was jan. 2 wouldn't you think they would have mentioned this as an update.

because there is no "update", it's just press releases from out of the country.

I agree. This potentially is a great find. Link AmeraMex to this financing and truck purchases and it will be huge for shareholders.

You make a good point PC. Why didn't Marty offer up this before? I have done ungodly amounts of searches to prove myself wrong about AMMX and now we have this, poof, out of nowhere. GarronSC, how did you find this? (do you speak French or Chinese?) Interesting that this shows up on a day that the AMMX SP draws close to the .01 mark. I'm not doubting you, just curious how it got on your radar!

Regarding the share price, I've been trading for quite some time and I will never buy a stock when VNDM is anywhere on the offer. For reasons like today. You saw VNDM move up to Level 1 (destroy the bid) and then jump back to the .016 area. To me this means he is not finished.

Finally, awesome DD GarronSC. I still don't see why two established banks would give Lee (AMMX) 30 million dollars (unsecured money) when it is shown that these two banks are already providing mutual financing on a water/sewage project. But, yeah, this could be the find of the year and great news for shareholders once the AmeraMex link is established.
