Very good questions and opinions.
In my opinion, a good portion of the duties of a CEO of a public company is to increase share holder value. It is why most companies have Investor Relations Departments, as the CEO concentrates on the Business portion of adding value.
Many here like Marty, because, most often, she is responsive to emails. Communicating with existing share holders is like "singing to the choir". In my opinion, again, she has done a very poor job of marketing the company to prospective investors.
I know, many here would say that she is limited by budget. But, there are innovative ways to market the company without spending a whole lot of money. WebSite, FaceBook,Yahoo, Twitter, Local News Items in the Chico Press (if they have one), that could possibly be picked up by other news sources, etc. Instead, posters on IHUB are left to dig for pertinent business news about the company. I see very little effort by Marty to try and find any innovative ways to overcome budget constraints. Really, I wonder what she does all day.
And we wonder WHY AMMX is not getting the attention it should? And why the SP suffers on that account? Just one of the drawbacks of owning this stock, I guess.
