The good thing is the promoters and scammers can be held accountable for their actions but the bad news is that investors will never see a dime. Unfortunately for most, they fall victim to their own naiveté for believing the outlandish claims of "pipelines" and "CO2 floods" by these rogues. Luckily most were adequately warned years ago and have only themselves to blame.
EOR was never anything more than typical Canadian scam. The world is full of them.
