I am 100% confident it is the same room IMO. Now, what that means in terms of licensure progress for abattis is the unknown. It would seem they have already received their letter to build and have built, for this location in Vancouver (keep in mind abattis has multiple locations pending approval) perhaps they are in the final stage, where they grow and wait for final inspection and approval from HC.
