It would be nice to hear if they have plans already where they will need the additional authorization. Looks like they are just trying to get a step ahead in case they spot an opportunity where investment is needed; only they know.
Raising the A/S gets your attention but means little until they start to actually issue shares; When the O/S starts climbing I care a lot more...
