Increased its authorized shares outstanding from 250,000,000 to 500,000,000 shares and reclassified such capital stock into 450,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001, and 50,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001. The Company has no immediate plans to use the additional shares.
