Read the Bio's of the BOD of Halozyme Therapeutics Avid's largest customer and then read the Bio's of PPHM's BOD. It's kind of embarrassing! IMHO

Wow, so many smart cells and they still decided to enter into a business arrangement with PPHM. So sad.

Maybe shareholders should lobby the board the have some diversity?

Why exactly? Could you elaborate on the possible benefits.

Call on them to put a woman and/or a minority on the board?

You left out some notable minority representation - gays/lesbians, trangenders, religious fundamentalists,.....

I believe if you compare the Bio of the BOD from most other companies besides some penny stock BOD's to the Bio's of PPHM BOD its kind of embarrasing. SK has been looking for over four years to add to the BOD yet he has not done so to date.


PPHM THE COMPANY THAT STATES IT HAS AN INDEPENDENT BOARD YET 75% OF THE COMPANY WHICH INCLUDES ERIC SCWARTZ, DAVID POHL AND CARLTON JOHNSON ALL SERVED ON THE PENNY STOCK COMPANY PTSC AND ALL HAVE TIES TO EACH OTHER. ALL IMO.
