Umm, that depends on, finding out some technicalities with issuance of shares etc.....

As far as VillageTeaCo, yes you're correct actual product, I've ordered it. However, we all know that these companies (scams) use the fact that they have an actual product, to dilute & or IMO naked short the stock, insiders.

This stock after this last R/S & acquisition of VTC, only has a two day run is outrageous, & the fact that two other firms (HRD* & TLA*) used VTC & HRD has ceased ops & prior to that increased their shares to 30B, R/S, went to no-bid on some bogus PR themselves in one day & TLAG is on the greys, this all needs to be investigated, because VTC is the prop being used to lure in investors.

Gil - You should read the Village Tea press kit... Name one bricks/ mortar retailer that has Village Tea on it's shelves? Whole Foods certainly doesn't. If you're only selling tea on Amazon.com then list yourself as such. If you're nice, I'll try to help you setup a storefront on Ebay, and maybe give some tea away on Price is Right. We'll be big Gil, just don't overplay your hand. The SEC is watching
