I have no doubt about that; I've read most of the court doc's. I think the lab biz alone is worth the current market cap of the company, but it doesn't really matter what I think b/c clearly Mr Market doesn't agree with me today. However, I do think the market will start to wake up again within the next couple of weeks.
Yeah its a no brainer, the company is not sharing ideas because every time they do other companies steal them. So they are probably going to announcing things as they happen and keep their competition guessing.
