That would completely destroy reason for RSHO

If Cannabidiol were to be moved to Schedule II, then the high cost of CannaVest's CBD from industrial hemp relative to the cost of CBD from marijuana strains like Charlotte's Web, would immediately eliminate any reason for people to buy RSHO, as far lower-cost alternatives would be legally available via prescription.

CannaVest's entire business was built on the idea that because of the loophole in the law that allowed the importation and selling of CBD from industrial hemp, they would have the market for CBD to themselves for a long, long time, and that the high cost wouldn't matter.

Amazing that CannaVest shareholders would celebrate this potential destruction of market share!
