GDSM The DD is there if you do it. Some might be surprised at what can be found out on web searches. Rich has shared his DD with me so I know what he is saying and the proof of the statement is true. As he could show it I suspect that he feels that perhaps those who consistently say bad things about the co. may not deserve the privilege. Easy to complain and I do understand frustration levels. As Rich indicated in 10 months it is very hard to build a business from nothing.
Referring to the $14M. Truly only the $5M really matters. The 14M is water under the bridge and has nothing to do now with the position of the co. In fact it now allows a write off of over $14M in income on income taxes. Seems like a bonus to me in the future.
Also I am sure that Mike can structure the investors so that their money is shielded from the $5M debt. Not that hard to do creatively in structure.
Are we out of the hot water. Not yet but we are working that way. It will still take some time but I assure you like Untamed said. One huge deal and it is really good.
Not: One reason people would be willing to invest is that for many they have no access to the sector nor contacts to talk to. So most are very willing to discuss and invest in ventures. Money makes money and they are aware of that. Be patient!!
