GDSM- I agree 100% Rich. By using an investors private monies instead of issuing shares he is keeping the share structure from bloating any more. Yes, not all has panned out but at least Mike is following up on ideas from shareholders that are potentially profitable ventures... The deals may very well be structured as short term venture capital instead of as a long term partner... :) GLTA
