I think if the insiders had their doubts they would have sold!! If you had millions of shares @.40 and had the opportunity to sell @ $3.00 if you had doubts you would, correct?

That's why my money is starting to flow back into IBIO... But I will be patient, it could turn out to be a longer term hold again as it has been in the past with IBIO for a decent trade!!
