Toxic Avengers are not affected by an R/S...

The only shares that could be affected may be some already converted but not sold yet before the R/S...

That would be just a small % of all the future conversions still to happen post R/S...

Impossible for us to know who really has majority as of today or just before the R/S...
Company and toxic avengers are in the know, though...

I would never gamble or take risks on ANY Cd Play at whatever level they are...
I took some calculated risk on some other ones.
But, not here..., mostly because of the 1/10 or 1/100 R/S...
Giving them the choice???
Not for me...

I may play ECIG post R/S...
I'll see what's left of the CDs in the next filings...
