Rumor has it that the transaction date in the table is wrong and that he bought the shares on 1/6/05 as indicated above and not 12/4/14...which would make it a very late filing. The $2.60 price pretty much assures that the buy was on 1/6.
But I still don't know why the Doctor, who surely has access to professional help, can't fill out the form properly. He doesn't own 1,430,391 Non-Derivative Securities (common shares) as the Table indicates that he does.
You can bet that some dummy who calls himself a journalist will say that he does (it has happened more than once before) and that alone is a good reason to get it right....that and the obligation to file properly in the first place.
