The question was what changed ?

DMRJ was already converting and selling before the QPL and before the IDIQ , yet the pps rose from .72 to 1.80 on decent volume. After the L&K shenanigans it dropped until finding support in the 1.20's.
After the Morpho challenge it broke that support then fell back to pre-QPL levels and is struggling to hold onto a buck on thin volume.

The time remaining to refinance the debt has changed too.
Go ahead and gripe about DMRJ (or Bolduc) but until the TSA dismisses Motpho's challenge and the debt is refinanced the pps is not going to break out.
