I just got the same. Interesting news considering the volume over the last few days. From my understanding, they are usually one day behind.

I confirmed OS 205M.
Only 2.5M added since yesterday... and 30M traded.. interesting

If the OS is 205 million then that massive volume came from the shorts as they are limited soon with the reg sho.

Wow only 3 mil more, and that may be from Wednesday when the price was higher. I knew it, today was all about panic sells and shorting, not dilution. Meantime who picked up all those sold shares which weren't new to market but exchanged hands, hmm I wonder, was it ECIG through a privte entity maybe, so now they can have the majority of shares and hold strong and stabilize the price, and at the same time not have to worry about a hostile takeover, and if so they may cancel the Proxy Filing? Hmm I wonder.

I just received the same number. I'm very surprised. Watching the action on L2 I was expecting a much larger increase. Bear in mind that the T/A has a tendency to be a little behind regarding ECIG from my past experience.

Could it be that they first get shares and only sell them on the market days later?
