I do have to say the risk fear factor just dropped significantly w/ the news dropped today. the cloud of dilution being cleared out is blue skies in re to moving this stock forward in a sustained fashion this spring.
very rare to see such a company action like this on the otc. a zone wh/ typically thrives on spiral toxic financing. but then again, how many companies on the otc have tangible products in major stores like this company does?
what really stands out to boot is for the executives to transfer their shares to non dividend. this is more then just a grandstand posture, they clearly see pps value increase right around the corner & want to maximize that potential. the company seems to be clearly implying they are sitting on a string of developments that can incrementally rise the value of this stock. their interest to do that now is in complete accordance w/ the shareholders. our victory & added mojo is their increasing victories too. that is a nice position to be in, esp at this sub penny prices. I myself increased my position & it's pretty clear the market ticker tape volume agrees w/ your sentiment.
finally, in re to your fibs, I myself as you know use the technique. in the otc, its a legit method when you get sustained mojo in the market. I watched & concurred w/ the fib work you did last year w/ phot & the entry points were uncanny w/ this method. this devl today has unleashed such a move imo. look at the base formation also on the chart that this stock is moving up out of. a perfect 5 month head and shoulder bottom. great platforms to get sustained moves off. a lot of cause and effect here. this should be a fruitful spring.
