Do you know what this means to ERHC's share of the estimated drilling cost?

OK, but when you are doing your spinning don't forget to include Kenya's 10%. ERHC is carrying Kenya, therefore CEPSA is carrying Kenya and that 10% of costs goes toward the NTE, as well. At least that's how I read the agreement.
