BO is against capitalizing profit and socializing loss for banks for WS for F and F
that means - along with duopoly stuff
F and F will be more like the other players in the buy the mortgage market
what I always thought - and where it has to go as F and F are simply too big to wind down or shut down or make a GOV agency
see what really bothers HIM is not the old history of F and F as GOV agency of FDR or even the scandals but that F and F made money profit in good days and was in his eyes bailed out like the banks in bad days
all of them - banks - wall street - F and F keep profits - capitalism - in good days but lose money big time - GOV steps in and allows the private banks and private Wall Street and Private F and F to socialize the loss (share it with - dump it on - the taxpayer)
So fix that ---- and it needs fixing all around - and F and F thrives
