I have looked up that stuff before, (not sure I believe it) but I don't remember that number showing up for signals....

"signals" are from one MM to another.

100 I need shares.
200 I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.
300 Take (or I am taking) the price down so I can load shares
400 Keep trading it sideways.
500 Gap the stock.

Dude, in all my years of trading, I have heard that the mm code for "I need shares" is everything from 46, 999, 911, 466, 111, 200... And about nine dozen other numbers... And the "mm codes" never correspond to how a stock is traded. They don't exist.
