Panos Mourdoukoutas, the author, talks about "Financials of the Four Major Players as of 11/13/2013"

I don't know what the market capitalization was in November of 2013 but today it looks like:

DDD $4.5 billion
SSYS $3.6 billion
XONE $245 million
VJET $147 million

Arcam seems to be a nonentity with a market cap. of $343 million.

What does it take?
