Yes, you can't buy or sell yourself, but it is also illegal for you to influence others on message board or any other medium because of the awareness standard you are held to.

In terms of the selling, who has been selling the millions and millions of shares over the 17 months? Maybe not the ones with the NDA, and since the naysayers aren't touching this, that leaves only the people who aren't bound by an NDA who have been trying to pump the heck out of this.
