That you find this PR newsworthy is hilarious. John is now pushing out cream puffs about "approaching" various agencies or entities. How many PRs have you seen about setting up meetings with Senators, hosting a group of politicians, "going to an office", preparing studies, creating focus groups, and on and on.
Nothing about what has been accomplished, approved, or more importantly financial details on any of the supposed transactions.
