I think it was cited as a conflict of interest and had nothing to do with a breakdown in relationship or disagreement with the company. Last information we have still indicated that Dr. Cornelius Shogunle is our business partner and we have a signed strategic partnership with Fiscal Dynamics Limited, ("FDL") of Lagos State, Nigeria. And as you can see from the photo in the link...Lewis Lucke is standing right next to Shogunle so he's not far away!
