Ok.

So he would need over 60 facilities to stop tire dumping in landfills. That is just to stop the growth of light truck and cars. He would need several more to take care of the tires already dumped at a steady rate.

Harvey is concentrating on the OTR tire (10,000 pounds per tire)
which is a different evalulation.
