Another violation. Don't recall a shareholder meeting or shareholder vote on electing this director. But it says in the guidance we shareholders are suppose to elect this director at annual meeting. What happen?

Thanks for posting and highlighting these important points. Sure looks like FnF are being setup for self autonomy. The news is slowly leaking out into the public domain that the GOV has no interest in supervising or managing Fannie and/or Freddie in the years to come. We are being setup for conservatorship ending. As Martin Luther King said, "Free at Last, Free at Last, thank GOD we are Free at Last". Amen!

Maybe I am not very smart, the only thing I see is standard guidelines or frame for the board to follow conducting board business responsibilies. Every corporation ( profit or none profit) with or without shareholders has guidelines for how current or future persons conduct responsibility of board and directors. It is an adopted reference for current and future governance. ReListing on NYSE? Maybe or not.
