For years now it has been obvious that this company needs a big resource partner to move the ball forward. Whether that is a large pharma partner or a huge investor of 15+ mil is hard to know. But clearly there have been a handful of Actions that allow ample speculation that this is about to occur.

Give the reigns to a more capable leader (Ray Hill or similar) and a war chest of 15 ++ mil and you have opened up opportunity to clear out the cd baggage and initiate the JVs and partnerships that can push through INDs for OA, ALS, Autism, etc.. Likely with fast track designation since there is bountiful data indicating success and expediting for quality of life improvements is a no brainer..
