Award final. Add about 3.00/share to PIP coffers.

All well and good, and very long-awaited.

But my question is: how will SIGA pay this?

“We continue to believe the decision to enter the new judgment is not supported by the record or the law and we intend to appeal to the Supreme Court of Delaware,” William Haynes II, a spokesman for New York-based Siga, said today in an e-mailed statement.

The ruling by Parsons also allows PharmAthene to collect $30,663 per day in post-judgment interest if Delaware’s highest court rejects Siga’s appellate arguments, Stacey Jurchison, a PharmAthene spokeswoman, said in an e-mailed release.

SIGA still trading at $1.40?? It's sure not taking long for the SIGA shareholders to figure out their entire $1.40 share value belongs to PIP?

SIGA (in bk) now at 2.40 WOW - maybe they're punching that SIGA pps with intent of a secondary to pay PIP the $200M they owe - or rounded off to $3 per PIP share?
