Looking at track record of new President his former companies disasters for shareholders.
Dilution is coming , how else can he fund company ? So question is whether President is qualified and has desire to deliver value. Or just deliver value for the insiders. Right now only thing to go on is his past track record.
Still think it can pop to $.001 - $.002 on initial news.
