the last PR was mid December and the major news was delayed. even though they retained windmill communications they seemed to have had another PR coming but it never did and they said that it would not come until January according to other posts that I have read. the reason why I think it is a reverse merger aka reverse takeover it's because it takes at least 30 days if not longer for a reverse takeover to be completed. it will be 30 days next week since they said there would be major news. and now according to other posts the news could come next week which IMO means that it would make perfect sense possibly for there to be a reverse takeover. AZFL according to at least one other post had stated a few days before the windmill communications news that the other major news would come the next week. which means it will be more than 30 days next week
