they couldnt have issued any more shares until after 12/15, and if you look at the share volume traded since not that many shares went across, our avg daily volume for the last 10 trading days is 13 million meaning 130 million paltry shares traded, rampart dilution like some one here claimed? i think not, all IMO again.

No. The AS had been stayed at the FIXED 450M shares until 12/15/2014. In another word there was no way for the OS to be larger than 450M shares before 12/15/2014! Only after 12/15/2014 the company could dilute the OS to be larger than 450M shares if they wanted to do so...
