My understanding is they have until the 10th to correct and clarify the patent per EPO request, if they do not, they patent application is dead and they would need to file anew.

Now EPO communications may not be posted for weeks after said date so could be awhile before we know. Someone with the ear of our new IR should ask about the intentions with EPO patent filing!!
