You could be right but this CEO/management by way of naivety or negligence have destroyed the backbone of this company by acting like OTC POS ceo's by piling on death spiraling toxic debt, either complicit with the debt holders or clueless as to the outcome of where it would end. I wonder why there isn't another motion to vote on at the special meeting, ie the replacement of the idiot in charge? JMO
