My L2 from Ameritrade showed a 100k purchase at .0425. Also showed an 80k at .047 and a 22k at .05. Not sure what is up with that but all three were quickly followed up with .038 transactions so they were only the pps for seconds. My guess is this is the way the MM's keep the public from knowing that there are people buying at higher prices. Easiest way they have of manipulating the pps and what the public sees.
