FWIW... been proactive and talking with JP. We haven't had a very nice exchange but, again FWIW, there's a very slim chance that the RS won't happen.

He wanted ideas, I gave him some.

I did tell him that in the PRE 14-C where the board decided it was in the best interest of the shareholder, it wasn't. Unless you're on the board.

The saga continues. No chance of a RS before December. Get out while you can.
